When enrolling for classes at ESUVCLC prospective students must bring their state issued identification card or driver’s license and their social security card. If a student does not have these two items at the time of registration they will not be permitted to class until the required documents have been submitted to the center’s office. 

During the enrollment process we require that all prospective students complete an enrollment packet. The enrollment packet includes:

  1. ESUVCLC Application
  2. Acknowledgement Receipt of Student Handbook
  3. Photography Release
  4. Liability Waiver
  5. Internet Usage Agreement

These documents must be filled out in their entirety.
